Insomniac Jack On stage 18:15

INSOMNIAC JACK are an unsigned band from Somerset, with, it seems a foot in every generation of musical influence from rock & roll to folk-blues and contemporary pop-rock. The songs are of varying styles, highlighting the versatile nature and wide ranging influences that makes insomniac jack a band for people interested in good quality songs, as well as those who take no real interest in music until a song accidentally sticks in their head and they find themselves singing along… sometimes against their will.

The Wireless On stage 21:35

Acoustic does not mean quiet, un-interesting and boring and Plymouth's new sensational act, The Wireless, are living proof. The Wireless are a Plymouth-based power 3-piece who specialise in playing acoustic interpretations of classic tunes from the last 40 years and original material. Audiences across the South-West have been consistently amazed and delighted by the awesomely powerful sound the band is capable of creating.

By combining three-part harmonies, a drum-kit that also incorporates congas and assorted percussion along with driving bass and wah-wah driven acoustic guitar, its easy to close your eyes and imagine there are 6 people on stage.

Appearances last summer at the Maker, Calstock and Devonport Festivals alongside bands such as Diamond Geezers, Too Hot and Mad Dog McCrea have cemented their reputation as one of the hottest tickets on the local live circuit at the moment.
