Camping at the Festival
Make the
best of the Newt Festival and camp out under the stars with all
your mates to make it the ultimate festival weekend!
CAMPING
Camping is available and is on the festival site. Cars etc must
be parked in the main car park. Campers can arrive from 10.00am
each day. The camping ticket entitles you to camp until 7.00pm on
the Sunday evening.
However if anyone would like to set up the day before they should
phone 07760367368. Cooked breakfast is available from 8.00am to
10.30am each day for campers. Food
will be available throughout the festival for all the opening times.
TICKETS
FOR CAMPING AND THE FESTIVAL
Tickets will be available from May onwards. You can order
here on our website or direct from the festival or through various
outlets detailed below
Festival
tickets will be available from this web site, The Knowle Inn, Bawdrip;
Durston Elm Garage; Martian Records, Bridge Street, Taunton; Strings
'n' Things, Bridgwater; Somerset Tyres and Auto, Bath Road, Bridgwater
and GC Music, College Street, Burnham-on-Sea. Registered members
of this site will be emailed once they can be purchased.

PARKING
There is ample free car parking space available

WE ARRIVE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Public transport will be available to North Petherton which is about
1.5 miles from the festival site.
IS
THE SITE SUITABLE FOR WHEEL CHAIRS AND BUGGIES
The festival is held in a field and should not cause any problems
with wheel chairs or buggies. The bar and music is all held in a
marquee which is relatively dry if it rains. Disabled toilets are
available

I BRING A BBQ
Barbeques are not allowed on the festival site. They are allowed
on the campsite provided they are off the ground and not close to
other campers.
CAN
I BRING ALCOHOL
Alcohol is permitted on the campsite,
however alcohol cannot be brought onto the festival site.
Security checks will be made at the entrance gate and all alcohol
will be confiscated.
